No matter the reason you’ve decided to look into our services, dog training is beneficial for every pet parent. Training is how we communicate with our furry friends! Our dogs need guidance to learn how to fit into our modern homes, and we still need to fulfill all of their biological needs. Balancing these things and learning to coexist with our dogs in a way that’s beneficial to both parties is like learning a new language! Sometimes you just need help with the translation. that’s where Practical Dog comes in. We will work with you and your dog to find solutions that work with your lifestyle. Training sessions can take place just about wherever you would like, whether in the home or in public pet friendly areas. With the option to meet over Zoom or FaceTime, even people outside of Practical Dog’s service area can train with us anywhere!
All new clients will need to schedule a short, free consultation with me prior to their first appointment. In this consultation I will ask a few questions about you, your dog, and your training goals. This is just to help me create a training program specialized to your needs.
